The Story
The Gondo factory is managed by the New Kiriti Farmers Cooperative Society (F.C.S.), which consists of 560 farmer members. The cooperative is governed by an executive committee of seven elected members. In addition, three supervisory committee members oversee the management committee’s activities. The supervisory committee reports back to the farmers during the annual general meeting, ensuring transparency and accountability. To support operations, the society employs 19 permanent staff members. During peak seasons, it also hires approximately 25 seasonal workers to meet production demands.
